values. We love our furry babies.

We will try our best to make sure your package arrives with a safe journey to you, however the
journey and be a bit bumpy. You have up to 30 days to report your damaged products and send
a photo of damages to support@batmecosmetics.com We will replace, if approved, free of
charge
